3. Start your custom series
If its a fit, you begin your personalized Emsculpt Neo series and we track your progress over time.

Do I need to already be working out or losing weight?
This consultation is designed for people who are already doing something for their health (walking, classes, gym, pilates, etc.) and want more change in specific areas like abs, glutes, thighs or arms. Emsculpt Neo is not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle or a large weight‑loss program – it’s a way to build muscle and reduce stubborn fat in targeted areas that haven’t responded the way you’d like.
How many sessions will I need and when will I see results?
Most people do a short series of sessions on a chosen area, usually over a few weeks. The exact number depends on your starting point, goals and how many areas you want to work on – that’s what we determine during your consultation and body analysis. Many clients start feeling changes in strength and firmness within a few sessions, with more visible changes building over the following weeks as muscle adapts and fat reduces.
What does it feel like? Does Emsculpt Neo hurt or have downtime?
Most people describe it as a strong workout sensation – intense muscle contractions with a warm feeling, but very tolerable. You’re lying down the whole time and we adjust intensity based on your comfort. There’s no surgical downtime: you can go back to your normal day after your demo and sessions. Some people feel a bit worked‑out or tight in the treated area, like they did a focused workout.
What if I’m not a good candidate once you evaluate me?
That’s exactly why we start with a consultation, body composition analysis and thermal imaging instead of selling random sessions. If we find that Emsculpt Neo isn’t a good fit for your goals or health, we’ll tell you that directly and recommend better options if we see them. In that case, your $49 would still cover the professional evaluation and recommendations; we simply wouldn’t move forward with a series.
How does the $49 fee work? Is it refundable?
The $49 covers your 1:1 consultation, body analysis, thermal imaging and custom series plan, and includes your Emsculpt Neo demo during the visit. If you decide to move forward, the full $49 is credited toward any Emsculpt Neo series you start within 7 days. Because we reserve dedicated time and run diagnostics during this appointment, the fee itself is not refunded if you choose not to continue, but you walk away with a clear understanding of your body and options.
